The Milwaukee M18 FHAFOH16-0X 18V FUEL Brushless 16mm SDS+ Drill from ITS is the worlds first SDS+ hammer drill with dust extraction built into it.

Whenever using any SDS drill against any material, but in particular concrete, it generates dust.  If unchecked or not wearing PPE, dust can potentially be breathed in causing health issues later in life.

The M18 FHAFOH16 is the very first SDS+ rotary hammer drill to incorporate a dust extractor so that as soon as dust is generated, it is dealt with and stored within the drill. Particularly suited for working overhead, the drill includes a host of features to ensure that your work is completed effectively and safely.

Uniquely, it features a HEPA Filter that removes up to 99.97% of dust particles that are larger than 0.3 micrometres.  It will begin working as soon as you begin the drill and will power down two seconds after you release the trigger on the drill so that all excess dust is collected.  The prevents dust getting into your eyes or mouth when working on any overhead projects.

Astonishingly, the M18 FHAFOH16 FUEL Brushless 16mm SDS+ Drill delivers 2.3Joules of impact energy.  Thanks to the inclusion of the Powerstate Brushless Motor, the drill offers a no load speed of 0-1310rpm with 0-4740bp impact rate.

The AUTOSTOP function will shut down the drill to protect whoever is using it against jumps or sharp movements in bind up situations.  The AUTOPULSE feature is an integrated automatic filter cleaning mechanism that increases efficiency the air flow as well the lifespan of the Filter.  A translucent box will let you monitor the amount of dust being collected.

AVS is an anti-vibration system that reduces the amount of vibration felt by the user and reduces fatigue when in use.  Along with the AVS side handle, it will allow you to use the drill over longer periods.

ONE-KEY technology not only allows to track the location of your tools, thereby reducing the risk of either theft or loss, but you can dial in precision settings, view utilisation data, and get alerted before equipment needs repair.
