Powered by a robust brushless motor and leveraging Milwaukee’s REDLITHIUM battery system plus REDLINK electronic intelligence, this shear delivers a reliable, high-output performance without the maintenance demands of petrol or corded tools - and without sacrificing mobility.

With the ability to handle softwood branches up to 4.4 cm (approx. 44 mm) thick, it takes on jobs that would strain standard manual shears, giving you the muscle to tackle stubborn branchwork effortlessly.

Its standout telescopic shaft extends from 2.1 m up to 3 m through an intuitive collar adjustment, letting you reach high branches comfortably from the ground - no ladder needed. That expanded reach, combined with a well-balanced design including an outer-shaft jacket for secure grip and enhanced control, makes pruning overhead or in dense foliage far less strenuous.

Thanks to the retractable branch hook, you can maintain a compact profile when moving between trees or shrubs, or pull down cut branches that haven’t fallen cleanly - a thoughtful feature that improves both safety and workflow.

When fitted with the M18 HB5.5 HIGH OUTPUT battery pack, the shear can deliver as many as 2,000 cuts on 2.5 cm softwood branches per charge, enabling you to get through large jobs without repeated battery swaps.
