The Milwaukee BOLT 200 Safety Helmet from ITS is made from LEXAN which is ultra resistant to impacts but lightweight.
The safety helmet is the starting point for the BOLT system – an interconnected range of accessories that will provide an improved level of safety and versatility when working on sites.
The safety helmet, with adjustable chinstrap, is incredibly comfortable with a foam suspension providing consistent impact performance that is independent of the impact location as well as replaceable sweatband and crown liner.
This means that foam within the helmet will stiffen when something falls on it and will the distribute the force pressure evenly across the rest of the helmet.
This unvented version of the BOLT200 Helmet has also been certified as per EN 397:2012 with optional requirement for Extreme temperatures – 40°C, Lateral Deformation and Electrical insulation 440 V a.c. Additionally, the chinstrap has been certified to EN 397 (colour coded grey).
The safety helmet will fit heads between 52-68cm and has been certified as EN12492: 2012 except clause 4.1.4.
