The battery, thanks to the tabless technology, runs cooler when compared to conventional batteries within the range. By doing so, it massively increases the lifespan and operational performance of the battery.
The batteries are p[art of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS) of power tools and battery systems. This means that one battery is interchangeable between Metabo and other select brands that are part of the system.
The Metabo ASC 290 Air-Cooled Quick Charger from ITS charges LiHD, Li-Power Compact, Li-Power Plus and Li-Power Extreme battery packs…and now Li-HDX Batteries.
Batteries can be fully charged up to eight times faster than any entry level charger with a detailed display of the charging process.
