The Trend C079AX1/2TC Self Guided Rounding Over Cutter from ITS is a self guided cutter that doesn’t require a side fence.
Guided Ovolo/Round Over Cutters produces a smooth round over profile, or an ovolo mould with quirks.
Ideal for rounding over edges, the cutter is supplied with two bearings – the larger bearing delivers a round-over.
If lowered, the cutter can produce a top quirk. Bullnose mouldings can also be produced by taking a second pass from the opposite side of the workpiece
The cutter has a microgranular Tungsten Carbide tip to ensure perfect sharpness and have a highly ground tip face to ensure its maintains its edge, as well as PTFE non stick coating on the body to minimise resin and heat build-up for longer life.
