The Milwaukee M18 FPD3 18V FUEL Brushless Combi Drill from ITS is a 3rd generation power tool that delivers higher power efficiency under load with outstanding torque of 158 Nm.
This impressively compact drill is only 175mm in length and allows for access into tight spaces. It includes a 13mm metal chuck for quick bit changes and quick bit retention.
But lets talk about some numbers…the 2 gear drill produces upto 2100rpm no load speed, an impressive 158maximum torque and a blistering 33,000bpm percussion rate. It is capable of drilling up to 89mm in wood, and 16mm in both steel and masonry.
The M18 FPD3 offers one of the fastest drilling and driving experiences on the market today. The drill also includes Milwaukee’s AUTOSTOP control mode which offers enhanced safety for the operator by preventing over-rotation in a bind-up. AUTOSTOP is an e-clutch system that will only allow a 45° kickback rotation. This means that if the tool hits any resistance within the material its working against, the drill will shut down immediately instead of over-rotating and causing you injury.
The M18 FPD3 Combi Drill includes three of Milwaukee’s exclusive technologies all for your benefit. The POWERSTATE Brushless motor helps maintaining the tool and ensures a longer operational life; the REDLITHIUM Battery packs which provide exceptional power for longer; and the REDLINK PLUS overload protection – maximising the power you need when you need it.
At the heart of this drill is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
