The Milwaukee Band file from ITS is a versatile, multi-angled tool designed to cut down the time it takes finishing welding work.
The band file, powered by a brushless motor, can easily replace a pneumatic tool by cutting the the need for hoses or compressors & offering ultimate freedom of movement, ideal for those tight spaces. Finish those spot welds off with ease and comfort even in difficult to reach places thanks to a tool free, 360 degree rotating arm and compact design.
The device features a variable speed control trigger, which allows you to easily control speed of the belt. This, along with the direction controls, are kept in quick reach for maximum control at your fingertips! It also has a lock-on mode to keep the device running when you need it for longer periods.
To change the belt, simply loosen the thumbscrew on the belt guard, rotate the guard out of the way exposing the belt. Push the arm until you hear a hear the safety latch click into postion. Giving you the tension release required to slip a new belt on.
An LED worklight on board delivers light to your weld no matter where you're working. Delivering up to 50 spot welds per charge when using a 4ah battery, this really will change the way you work!
This kit comes complete with 2x 4ah batteries, 12V charger and Milwaukee carry bag to keep it all in.
