The Bosch D-Tect 200 C 12V Professional Detector from ITS might look like something from a very popular TV Sci-fi series, and y’know what? It actually works in a very similar way
This Bosch Wallscanner is able to scan what is hidden in and behind walls so that you don’t start drilling and hit a pipe or cable. It has the capability of detecting magnetic metals such as iron, non-magnetic metals such as copper, live and non-live wiring, empty and in use plastic piping along with wooden substructures.
With a maximum detection range of up to 200mm (subject to materials), the D-TECT 200 C will scan through bricks, concrete, plasterboard, panel heating, early age concrete, horizontal and vertical coring brick.
Capable of working on both AA batteries as well as 12V batteries, the IP5X rated scanner includes a large LCD display with multiple views available to offer the best results in various situations. Display views include Object view, Spot view, Signal View 2D, Signal View.
The scanner even includes a screenshot option for easy documentation and are stored on a memory card.
