I'm not actually sure what I was expecting when I ordered this but I was very happy with just how sturdy it was and was even more impressed that it didn't just sit on top of the packout system, it actually locks onto it like the other cases. Definitely worth what I paid.

Brilliant fits everything I need it too and more

For what is in essence an overpriced bucket, I love it! Use it on most jobs, clip it to my stack and put all my bits in it to take on site, empty it then start refilling it with rubbish, then clip it back on and wheel it away. No more balancing a trug bucket whilst trying to get out. (It is way overpriced, though!)

The crate is durable and strong, I have brought loads of cheaper ones in the past and they last 5 minutes!! You can tell just from the quality of the plastic and design that this will last for years!! Also you just can’t beat the click system. They are expensive but worth it in the long run. You can fit loads of gear in it and customise it to suit you. Great bit of kit!!

Great storage box

Another great attachment for the packout range. This is a versatile product good for storage, I also bought the divider which also come is handy as half can be used for storage and the other half can be used to collect waste onsite.

My original item arrived faulty due to the latch not lifting. Initially I gave this a lower score due to this issue however after getting in touch with ITS and speaking to somebody named Daniel, I have decided to adjust the review. Within an hour of submitting a returns request, Daniel has arranged for the item to be collected and a replament to be delivered within 2 days Absolutely great customer service and a great item.

Despite this being a great product, mine seemed to be broken upon arrival. The first time I slid it onto the base of the 2 wheel cart (same order) the latch instantly jammed up and wouldn't budge. I had to use a crowbar to pry the bottom of the red lever up just enough to bypass the latch on the base plate. Luckily I only need this to hang on a wall bracket and the cart. Returning items is a real pain when you live where I do and I begrudge having to wait again for something so I haven't attempted contacting ITS. I just wish it wasn't a faulty latch and this would have got 5*
