Testing the tool for dielectric strength at 10,000 volt gives the user the peace of mind that their tool has been tested for its most important property, insulation. Wera VDE tools are subjected to this test piece by piece which guarantees safe working at up to 1,000 volt.
The handle/interchangeable blade system allows rapid exchange of the blades required for a wide range of applications. Reduced blade diameter with integrated protective insulation, allows sunken screws and spring elements to be accessed and actuated, individually tested as per IEC 60900.
The Kraftform Kompakt VDE blades are equipped with the "Take it easy" Tool finder. The colour coding by profile and the laser-engraved size indication make it easy to identify the required tool quickly.
The Kraftform Kompakt blades come with an anti-roll protection. The hexagonal shape hinders the blade from rolling away annoyingly at the workplace.
The palm of your hand is comfortably supported on the rounded shape of the rear end of the blades. This allows quick spinning of the blade and accelerates the screwdriving process.
