The KWJ900 allows you to cut both parts of a joint in approximately 15 minutes, including setup time. It accommodates worktops up to 900mm wide and up to 40mm thick, whether they have an anti-drip postformed edge or not.
The jig supports various joint types, including left and right-hand corners, 45-degree end cuts, and 400mm radius peninsular joints, providing versatility for different kitchen layouts.
Engraved markings and ABS plastic pins with tapered shoulders ensure accurate alignment and ease of setup. The jig also features three open-ended bolt recesses for 150mm bolts and engraved lines for 65mm bolts and worktop cross-cuts, enhancing its functionality.
The Trend CASE/KWJ950 Carry Case from ITS is a heavy-duty, padded storage case to protect and transport Trend KWJ900, KWJ950/PRO and H/KWJ950 Worktop Jigs.
The 600D Heavy-Duty Waterproof Nylon Outer to withstand use in busy construction environments while the closed sell polyethylene foam padding offers protection against impact damage.
The Reinforced Webbing Straps allows for exceptional durability while the hook and look closure flap keeps everything inside.
