At the core of their performance is a 40° deep single thread, designed to deliver strong pull-out resistance and a secure hold in lower-density materials. Combined with a sharp 25° point and single lead thread, these screws provide a fast start and improved thread acceptance, reducing effort during installation and improving overall efficiency on site.
The double countersunk head is a key feature, helping to reduce the risk of head shear while ensuring a clean, flush finish. This design also assists with smoother countersinking, particularly in timber and board materials, delivering a more professional end result.
To further enhance usability, each screw is wax lubricated, which improves insertion speed, reduces driving torque and adds a level of corrosion resistance. This makes them easier to drive, especially when working with larger quantities or tougher materials, while also extending their service life.
