Stabila RL 230 RG Line Receiver

Stabila RL 230 RG Line Receiver

Description

  • Product Code:STB20176

  • Brand: Stabila

  • Barcode: 4005069201760

  • Taxonomy: Hardware > Tools > Measuring Tools & Sensors > Level Sensors > Laser Levels

  • Category: Laser Detectors

When daylight gets bright or long distances make laser lines hard to see, the STABILA RL 230 RG Line Receiver from ITS steps in as the dependable partner for your green or red line lasers.

Designed especially for visibility, precision and rugged site work, this receiver picks up where the laser beam becomes invisible to the eye and gives you an exact reading of where your reference level is - even in conditions where others struggle.

What makes it so useful is that it works with pulse-modulated line lasers of both green and red wavelengths - so whether you’re using green lines for maximum visual contrast or red where that’s more conventional, this receiver detects them accurately.

Even when the line is faint or lost in glare, RL 230 RG uses its sensor to locate the beam’s position in relation to your reference plane. The consistency is enhanced by two sensitivity settings: a fine mode (± 1 mm) for when accuracy matters most, such as finish work or tight tolerances; and a coarser mode (± 3 mm) when the distance is larger and you need quicker results over sheer precision.

You get readable feedback from both the front and the back, thanks to dual digital displays, and they’re illuminated by a simple touch of a button - very handy when lighting is poor or you need to check alignment without changing your stance.

There are also visual arrow indicators showing whether you need to move the receiver up or down to hit the reference level, and optional acoustic guidance (beeps) in two volume levels - loud (around 105 dB) or quieter (≈ 85 dB) - so you can work without constantly watching the display.

The RL 230 RG is built tough for outdoor and construction use: it meets IP66 rating (dust-tight, resistant to powerful water jets), so rain, dust or spray won’t compromise its performance.

Mounting is flexible - you get a holder for attaching it to levelling rods, plus magnets built in so you can temporarily fix it to metal surfaces. The receiving area is 90 mm tall, giving a generous window to catch the beam without having to finely hunt for it.

Battery life is solid too - around 45 hours of operation - so you won’t be changing batteries every few jobs. All this makes the RL 230 RG especially valuable for surveyors, builders, line laser users, installers - anyone working with level alignment over medium to large spans, particularly where visibility is an issue or where precision and durability are required.
