The large torque range gives access to extremely high twisting forces, screws can be tightened carefully in a wide range of applications, with the appropriate torque selected, even large screws can be used.

Tool-free quick-release system for speed and efficiency when alternating between drilling and driving. The convenient function switch on the top of the cordless drill driver selects the drilling, driving and impulse modes, coming to the fore when confronted with immovable screws, extending the application scope of the ASB 18 M bl.

Spindle with 1/4“ chuck directly accommodates bits and push-fit accessories. 43mm diameter clamping collar fits all MAFELL BST drilling stations. Bright LEDs illuminate a large working area in low level light situations.

Swap the bit holder & chuck in a matter of seconds, it‘s easy with the clever quick-release system. Pull out, insert, ready to go, the ASB 18 M bl combines three cordless machines in one: a driver, a conventional drill, and a percussion drill.

With two bit holders on each side of the machine, the desired bit is always to hand. Drilling in wood with a 50 mm Lewis auger bit? Not a problem for the A 18 M bl and ASB 18 M bl with auxiliary handle.

The battery permanently displays its exact charge, even when it is detached, so you'll never get caught out again.

Thanks to the practical belt clip, the cordless drill driver is always within reach and can be attached to the left or right of the machine without any tools.

The battery PowerTanks feature process-controlled technology, all the relevant factors, including the individual cell state, air cooling and cell temperature are monitored. In addition, the floating battery cells are protected against mechanical influences.

At the heart of this is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently.  As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
