The Knipex 90 31 01 TubiX S Pipe Cutter from ITS is a compact, precision cutting tool designed for metal pipes in extremely confined spaces, including stainless steel installations.

With its ultra small size of just 77x55x26mm, the TubiX S is ideal for tricky repairs in narrow shafts, chiselled wall openings and tight service voids where conventional pipe cutters simply cannot be used.

The pipe diameter can be preset in advance using the embossed scale, allowing quick and secure clipping onto pipes from 3mm to 30mm without the risk of dropping the tool in enclosed spaces.

The QuickLock fastening system enables accurate one handed positioning and firm clamping onto the pipe, either by presetting the diameter or by simply pushing the cutter closed until it locks securely in place.

A cushioned, needle bearing mounted cutting wheel ensures smooth, low effort cutting while maintaining a firm hold on the pipe even as cutting pressure is adjusted.

The shape optimised rotary turning knob improves force transmission by approximately 20percent, making adjustment easier even with pointed fingers, while the textured thumb recess helps prevent slipping in wet conditions.

Designed with a minimal cutting circle of just 39.5mm, the TubiX S requires very little clearance around the pipe, allowing clean and controlled cuts where space is extremely limited.

A spare cutting wheel is stored neatly inside the turning knob, and the needle bearing cutting disc can be replaced easily on site without additional tools.

Lightweight at just 261g and small enough to fit into a trouser pocket, the TubiX S is always close to hand and perfectly suited for service work, maintenance tasks and small installation jobs where precision and accessibility are critical.
