My first electric saw, probably not my last!

As a Stihl 2 stroke devotee of many years I've watched the emergence of electric chainsaws with interest. I have a LOT of Hikoki cordless stuff so when I saw this I thought I'd give it a go as I already have the batteries. Very impressed. It's light, good chain tensioning and oil delivery systems and so far it cuts like my Stihl top handle saw but a fraction of the weight. Chains seem readily available and being 0.325 rather than 0.25" pitch they should last longer.

Another very good product from Hikoki, very powerful and the battery appears to last well. Makes easy work of awkward cuts. Look forward to the extension pole being available in the UK soon.
