The RO 150 is a versatile all-round sander capable of coarse sanding, fine sanding and polishing. Its combination of eccentric and rotary motion allows it to remove material up to three times faster than a conventional random orbit sander.
ROTEX rotary motion provides maximum material removal during coarse sanding, quickly tackling demanding surfaces. Switch to eccentric motion for intermediate and fine sanding with an excellent surface finish. The rotary motion can also be combined with Festool polishes and polishing sponges to produce gleaming results without significantly heating the surface.
The RO 150 delivers a 5mm sanding stroke, a rotary motion speed of 320-660min and an eccentric motion speed of 3,300-6,800min. Its high-performance motor and durable eccentric bearings provide reliable performance and a long service life.
The Festool PROTECTOR allows you to sand safely against adjoining edges while reducing the risk of kickback. Its sanding pad brake prevents the pad from turning upwards, helping to avoid scratches and unnecessary rework.
Festool’s FastFix interface enables quick, tool-free changes between compatible sanding and polishing pads. The Jetstream extraction system efficiently removes dust while reducing heat and helping to prevent the abrasive and pad from becoming clogged.
