The warranty period is 12 months and commences on the date when the product was purchased. This date must be documented by an invoice or other proof of purchase. The warranty period is one year minimum for products, and one year for batteries and chargers. This warranty applies only on new products.
Most Milwaukee products can be registered for a 3-year warranty. The products EXCLUDED from the 3-year warranty are: M28 Rechargeable battery packs, battery chargers, and accessories.

This cart is great. I was hesitant to order due to the inset wheels and tip risk as well as the fact this isn't completely metal like traditional sack barrows/carts but I certainly do not regret getting this. The rails are a dream, the platform has an abudance of surface area and so far this has shown no sign of struggling and I've tested it rigorously. Great addition to any workshop!

This cart is great.
