The Milwaukee M18 ONEHUCT 18V Brushless FORCE LOGIC ONE-KEY Hydraulic Utility Crimper from ITS is an intensely powerful tool that crimps connectors less than 3 seconds with 53 kN of force
The crimper is part of the Force Logic range from Milwaukee. Force Logic tools ensures long life reliability with up to 30,000 cycles between calibration inspections. This crimper will keep going beyond that goal.
The compact in-line and slim jaw design has a 350° rotatable head that allows easy crimps, even in narrow spaces. The jaw itself can be exchanged for an ACSR, CU/ AL or armoured wire cable cutting jaw adding to its versatility. The jaw, with universal die reception, will fit most common W-style dies and standard BG crimping groove.
Beautifully balanced and easy to control, even with one hand, the crimper includes Predictive Force Monitoring (PFM) which automatically modifies output based on the connector thereby ensuring optimal pressure every time and visualises with a green light.
To help maintain its life, the crimper’s internal electronics are sealed to resist the harsh environments when working around dirt, dust or moisture. Cleverly, the battery and tool communicate constant so that if the battery doesn’t have enough power it won’t begin the process of crimping.
ONE-KEY tool tracking and security offers a free of charge cloud-based tracking network as well as inventory management platform for your tools. ONE-KEY also features a remote locking functionality
At the heart of this crimper is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance.
