The Makita DTR181ZJ 18V LXT Brushless Rebar Tying Tool from ITS has been developed to enable the user to tie large diameter rebars.
The tying tool will work with D16 x D16 - (D13 x2) x (D16 x2) rebars and delivers 0.8mm tie wire. Featuring trigger lock function as well as torque adjustment, the tool offers a 6-stage adjustable tying strength to suit the job at hand.
The DTR181 will work with 3 types of tie wires*, and offers 2 settings for either continuous or single actuation. The ergonomically designed handle with sure grips offers a comfortable hold when using the tool, but there is an extension handle available so that the tying tool can operate in a stand up position reducing strain on your lower back.
The DTR181 will work with:
Annealing iron tie wire 0.8mm (approx. 75 ties)
Poly coated tie wire 0.9mm (approx. 65 ties)
Galvanized tie wire 0.8mm (approx. 75 ties)
