The Makita DSC163ZK 18V LXT Brushless Steel Rebar Cutter from ITS is ideal for professional as it is robust, durable and versatile. The brushless motor ensures maximum power, even under load and the head rotates 360° so you can keep working in reach places.
Designed to be spark free when cutting through rebar and steel rod, tt has a protector for increased user safety and an ergonomic grip for comfort. This intelligent tool has a return valve, this allows the cutter rod to return to the starting position if it is unable to complete a cut or becomes jammed.
FItted with an LED job light for increased visibility in low lighting and an ergonomic soft grip handle so you can work for longer without sacrificing comfort. The cutter includes a battery protection circuit which is designed to protect both the battery and tool against overload, high temperatures and over-discharge.
On a fully charged 6.0Ah 18V battery, this cutter is capable of making up to 280cuts in 16mm rebar.
At the heart of this tool is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
