The Makita DHR182Z 18V LXT Brushless SDS+ Drill packs a huge amount of power into a compact and lightweight body!
The DHR182ZJ SDS+ drill is equipped with 3 drilling modes; Rotary Only, Rotary Hammer, and Hammer Only. The powerful brushless motor produces max 0-1,3500rpm no load speed and an impressive 0-5,000ipm impact rate producing 1.7J impact energy, drilling up to 13mm into steel, 24mm into wood and 18mm into concrete making it the ideal machine for multiple applications.
Variable speed trigger, constant speed control, electric brake, forward/reverse rotation with conveniently located push button, LED job light for use in low visibility applications and a one-touch sliding chuck for easy bit changes. This drill also now features Makitas AVT vibration dampening technology.
The compact and lightweight 2.4kg design makes it ideal for use on site, whilst the shock-absorbent, ergonomic soft grip handle protects the battery housing for extra durability, providing maximum comfort reducing user fatigue and providing greater tool control.
Supplied with a depth stop which is mounted at the top of the support handle, the drill also includes and automatically enabled LED that allows you to see the area you’re drilling in to without hinderance.
At the heart of this tool is a brushless motor that allows you to use the drill efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
