The Dewalt DCH334X2 54V XR FLEXVOLT Brushless SDS+ Hammer Drill from ITS is probably one of the most versatile SDS+ hammer drills available as it is also supplied with a Quick Release 13mm 3-Jaw chuck.
Offering up to 3.5Joules of impact energy, the drill has a category-leading high speed drilling performance at more than 66 holes (18mm Ø x 80mm) with a fully charged battery. For you to have complete control, the drill includes three operating modes including rotation stop mode for light plaster and render chiselling, an impact stop mode for wood and metal rotary drilling, and a rotary hammer drilling mode for tackling concrete.
Thanks to the inclusion of the brushless motor, the drill is ideal for drilling anchor as well as fixing holes in concrete, brick as well as masonry from 4mm up to 30mm. Its compact, lightweight design allows for extended use, along with improved comfort to reduce fatigue and numbness over prolonged periods.
The DCH334 includes a best-in-class low vibration threshold of only 8.5m/s². Impressively, the drill delivers a no load speed of 0-1000rpm along with an impact rate of 0-4480bpm. A bright LED work light with afterglow ensures that you’re able to see the work face in any lighting conditions.
The drill also features a rotation stop mode for light chiselling in plaster, tiles and render and impact stop mode for rotary only drilling in wood and metal.
The QCC (Quick Change Chuck) allows the drill to be ‘converted’ to a general use combi drill that ensures flexibility for drilling in wood, steel, ceramic and screwdriving applications.
At the heart of this hammer drill is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
