The Trend T1EPS 1/4" Electric Dual-Base Trim & Plunge Router from ITS is a flexible, light and compact router with trim and plunge bases. Perfect for laminate trimming, grooving, hinge cutting and timber profiling.
The T1EPS includes a 710W motor with soft-start to prevent kick-back and protects the workpiece. With a maximum plunge depth of 60mm, when used with the trim base, the cutter height adjustment can go down to 37mm.
Precision cutting is at the heart of the design for this router. The precision centring system ensures perfect concentricity between the cutter and guide bus for incredible accuracy with routing jigs.
The 710W motor delivers up to 6 speed options, from 10,000 – 30,000rpm, giving you precise control across a massive range of cutters, materials and jobs. The constant speed control monitors spindle rpm and will adjust automatically to maintain speed for constant and consistent cuts.
The Trend Plunge Router also features a double locking collet that prevents the accidental ejection of cutter bits while a multi-spline profile ensures concentric clamping of the cutter shank.
The plunge base incorporates a fine height adjuster with an easy to read 0.2mm increment display along with a 3-position, height adjustable, rotating turret for fast batch and stepped cutting
