The triple chip ground (TCG) tooth form with +4° hook delivers an ultra-fine finish in hard materials while the high tooth count reduces feed and cutting speed for a clean, controlled cut.
The microgranular tungsten carbide tips (TCT) offer optimum edge retention while the expansion slots improve heat dissipation to minimise vibration, prevent kick-back and improve cut quality.
Made form precision ground alloy steel plate to maintain its shape, it has been hardened and tempered to minimise deflection under load.
