The Milwaukee SHOCKWAVE Impact Duty Automotive Hex Socket Set from ITS is a selection of heavy duty sockets that are ideal for working with impact wrenches within the auto-industry.

The socket, coloured for easy identification, is made from high quality alloy steel for strength and durability.  The lug nut socket is thin-walled for easy access in tight wheel assemblies.

Thanks to the unique design of the sockets and being part of the SHOCKWAVE range, it includes SHOCK ZONE geometry which allow the socket to flex without breaking.  This technology controls the pressure that develops at the head of the socket.

This, along with the design of the impact zone as well as the special heat treatment the socket received in manufacturing, these make them more resistant to impact damage.
