The Makita TM001GZ 40V XGT Brushless Multi Tool from ITS is a high speed and aggressive cutting tool that offers a huge range of possibilities.

This impressive and surprisingly compact tool works with STARLOCK MAX accessories for an aggressive cutting performance. It will also accept all other STARLOCK accessories for a truly versatile as well as dynamic tool.
Let’s go through some number… Thanks to the brushless motor, the TM001 produces between 10,000 – 20,000 orbits per minute with an oscillation angle of 3.6°. The blade can be set to one of 12 angel settings. Each angle is set at 30° from 0° to 360°.
This high speed and low vibration device further includes an electronic soft start so that the TM001 doesn’t jump as soon as it is switched on, along with both constant speed control as well as a Variable speed control dial which enables user to match the speed to the application.
The TM001GZ incorporates Makita’s AVT System. Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) works by transferring air around a series of chambers which, in turn, pushes a counterbalance in the opposite direction to the piston, thereby cancelling out the vibration the piston would have created otherwise.
Further safety features include an anti restart function which prevents the automatic start up in case of power loss as well as a bright LED work light so that you are able to keep working regardless of the surrounding light conditions.
At the heart of this MultiTool is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.
