The Makita LM001GZ 40V XGT Brushless 48cm Self Propelled Lawnmower from ITS is a powerful and versatile garden tool that would suit both home owners and professional landscapers.
This impressively powerful mower will run two batteries in series. If two batteries are installed and one battery runs down, the mower will automatically switch power to the second battery without any drop in performance or operation. It delivers an impressive 3200rpm no load speed.
The LM001 offers three cutting modes: Normal, Soft No Load, and Noise reduction so that it can be used in sound-sensitive locations such as schools and hospital grounds. In Soft No Load Mode, the mower will start up gradually and smoothly.
The Mower has 10 cutting levels that are controlled by lever between 20mm and 100mm. It also includes an electric brake should the blade come up against any blockage. The steel cutting deck further protects operators.
For easy operation, the self-propelled mower has a constant speed control, as well as lock off function. The handle can be easily folded down when not in operation and the mower itself can be stored vertically to save space.
A mulching plug is supplied in case you want to return cuttings directly back to the bed so as to add nutrients to the grass floor. Alternatively, cuttings are deposited in to a 62L collection bin at the rear of the mower.
