OK…there are everyday circular saws, corded and cordless, brushless and brushed motor, and then there is the Makita HS013G 40V XGT 415mm Brushless Circular Saw from ITS.

This high powered saw delivers a performance experience that even exceeds corded machines, and, in a single stroke, will cut up to 158mm – this is the BIGGEST cutting depth of ANY circular saw at the time of release*.

Part of the powerful 40V XGT range, the HS013 includes a range of safety features to protect you such as soft start, which slowly brings the saw to full power and prevents the ‘jump’ when it starts; an ant-restart function in case of loss of power and electric brake to bring the blade to stop quickly.

Thanks to the inclusion of the brushless motor, the Makita Circular Saw delivers a comfortable 2100rpm no load speed, and will also bevel cut up to 45° to a depth of 106mm.

The saw incorporates Makita’s Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) which lets you connect to and operate, a compatible dust extractor with Bluetooth; automatically turning on the extractor at the same time as the tool.

At the heart of this Makita circular saw is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently.  As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance.
