The Makita DTW1004Z 18V LXT Brushless 1/2" Impact Wrench from ITS in an impressively powerful and versatile tool that is ideal for those in the automotive industries and more.

The DTW1004 offers a driving shank of ½” Square with pin detent for exceptional socket retention.  The 3-stage impact power selection offers three levels of speed, impact level and torque control.

With a nut-busting torque of 1300Nm, the impact wrench delivers up to 2400impacts per minute, 2000 rpm no load speed and 1050Nm in general fastening torque.

With dual rotational control, the DTW1004 impact wrench utilises variable control via the trigger as well as an electric brake for your safety.

It is also compatible with M12-M30 standard bolts as well as M16-M24 high tensile bolts.  Yet despite this incredible power and flexibility, the Makita DTW1004 is rather quiet and does not produce high levels of vibration meaning that you can work over longer periods with it.

Twin LED work lights let you work in areas where lighting is limited so that you can see the work area when you need to.  To ensure optimal working, the battery protection system will automatic ally shut down the impact wrench when the battery is too low to complete a task.

At the heart of this impact wrench is the brushless motor that allows you to use the tool efficiently.  As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
