The JSP CEA646-000-100 Powercap Infinity PAPR Complete Unit White from ITS is a fully integrated powered air purifying respirator designed to deliver complete above the neck protection in a single head mounted system for demanding work environments.
This advanced PAPR combines respiratory, eye, face and head protection into one compact unit, making it ideal for tradesmen working in dust intensive, hazardous and industrial applications.
Twin Turbo powered airflow technology delivers a minimum of 160L per minute of filtered air, maintaining positive pressure and achieving TH3 respiratory protection to EN12941 with an assigned protection factor of 40 when fitted to the Powercap Infinity respirator.
High efficiency particulate filtration provides a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.8 percent, offering reliable protection against solid and liquid aerosols with very low inward leakage of just 0.2 percent.
The panoramic visor delivers Optical Class 1 clarity for regular use and provides medium energy impact protection to EN166, resisting a 6mm 0.86g steel ball at 120m per second while maintaining excellent visibility.
The integrated safety helmet is built around a strong ABS shell, delivering 50 joule impact resistance and conforming to EN397, with protection against molten metals and hot solids when specified.
Designed for tough site conditions, the helmet performs between +5°C and +50°C and features lateral deformation resistance, a textile 3D harness with slip ratchet wheel adjustment and a hypoallergenic face seal for long term comfort.
The loose fitting turbo hood design removes the need for face fit testing, making the system suitable for users with facial hair while still delivering a high level of respiratory protection.
A twin exhalation valve reduces CO2 build up inside the breathing zone, improving comfort during extended periods of wear.
Live system diagnostics provide visual and audible alerts for airflow, battery level and filter condition to help maintain safe operation at all times.
The rechargeable lithium ion battery delivers 3.6V output with a 5.2Ah capacity and 18.72Wh energy rating, offering an expected life of 500 charge cycles when used and stored correctly.
