The Hikoki NT1804DAJXZ 18V Brushless 18G Narrow Crown Stapler from ITS is a 2nd generation nail gun that includes an air-spring drive system to produce a smooth, pneumatic-like feel to working.
The previous model was well-established within the market and defined exceptional working. So how to improve it?
First and foremost, the new design has decreased the size and weight making it lighter as well as more compact fitting nicer in hold. The low noise threshold and low recoil make for comfortable working.
Along with a slimline nose design with no-mar tip for precision nailing, the redesign along with the combination of brushless motor as well as the unique Air Spring Drive system, lets you sink 40mm 18G narrow crown staples with sublime ease.
With the option of either full sequential or contact drive modes, the NT1804DAJXZ crown stapler is capable of driving up to 2 staples per second. With a staple capacity of 100 to the magazine, it is compatible with 12-40mm 18G staples on a 0° angle. On a fully charged 2.0Ah battery, this Hikoki Stapler is capable of driving up to 1000 staples per charge.
A bright LED work light lets you continue to work regardless of lighting condition as well as exact placement in lower light situations.
At the heart of this Hikoki narrow crown stapler is the brushless motor that ensures highest performance, more running time and maximum service life. Unlike carbon brush motors, the brushless motor is not subject to any wear and is therefore maintenance-free.
The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.

A Narrow Crown Stapler is simply a stapler which fires a more narrow staple than a standard "Stapler" or "Medium Crown Stapler".
The Narrow Crown simply offers a better finish than a standard stapler might. This makes them ideal for applications such as furniture making, fitting mouldings or trim, cabinets, facias or back panels.
While there will be evidence of where the staple has been fired, this will be considerably less noticeable with a Narrow Crown Staple, than it will be with a standard stapler.
Staples are most commonly available in sizes around 12mm to 38mm, however, there are many different models of Stapler available which can cover smaller and larger sizes if needed.
