Combining the power of Festool’s advanced brushless motor technology with the versatility of a cordless platform, the HKC 55 KEB is equally at home cutting roofing timbers, structural framing, sheet materials and general construction timber.
Designed to integrate seamlessly with Festool’s renowned guide rail systems, this innovative saw delivers fast, accurate and repeatable cuts wherever the job takes you.
At the heart of the HKC 55 KEB is a powerful brushless EC-TEC motor operating at 5,200rpm, delivering exceptional cutting performance while maximising battery efficiency and runtime.
The specially engineered 1.6mm thin-kerf saw blade reduces resistance during cutting, resulting in faster cuts, smoother operation and extended battery life.
One of the standout features of the HKC 55 KEB is its compatibility with Festool’s FSK cross-cutting guide rail system. When paired with an FSK rail, the saw effectively becomes a mobile mitre saw system, allowing rapid and highly accurate angled cross-cuts directly on-site.
It is also fully compatible with Festool FS guide rails for long, straight rip cuts and sheet material processing, making it one of the most versatile cordless circular saws in the Festool range.
Safety has been significantly enhanced through the inclusion of Festool’s innovative KickbackStop technology. This intelligent system detects kickback situations and stops the blade almost instantly, helping reduce the risk of injury and protecting both the user and workpiece.
Additional features including the integrated guide wedge, pendulum hood remote control and spring-assisted plunge-cut function provide smoother operation and increased confidence during demanding cutting tasks.
The HKC 55 KEB offers a maximum cutting depth of 55mm at 90°, making it ideal for cutting construction timber, OSB boards, chipboard, decking, roof battens, cladding and pressure-resistant wood fibre insulation boards.
The centrally positioned bevel adjustment allows accurate mitre cuts from 0° to 50°, giving users the flexibility required for a wide range of construction and carpentry applications.
