The Festool ROTEX RO 150 FEQ-Plus Geared Eccentric Sander from ITS is a handy, all-round sander that is ideal for a range of applications.

Capable of both eccentric and orbital motion, this sander can remove material up to three times fast than conventional eccentric sanders.  In one unit, it is capable of dealing with both coarse and fine sanding, along with polishing.

With it being able to deal with so much, it is no surprise that thanks to the Festool Jetstream principle, dust extraction is dealt with quickly and efficiently meaning that you can work in a safer, cleaner environment.

Coarse sanding: Maximum material removal with the ROTEX rotary motion: The displaced eccentric/rotational motion removes large quantities of material in no time at all.

Fine sanding: The classic eccentric motion for intermediate and fine sanding. Extra-fine sanding finish, excellent surface quality.

Polishing: The ROTEX rotary motion combined with Festool polishes and polishing sponges produce gleaming results without heating the surface significantly.

The RO 150 delivers a 5.0mm sanding stroke, 320-660min rotary motion speed and 3300 – 6800nib eccentric motion speed.

The high -performance ROTEX motor and the combination of eccentric and rotary motion removes significantly more material than a conventional random orbit sander. Durable eccentric bearings extend the service life of the machine.  Sand safely against abutting edges without the risk of kickback with the Festool PROTECTOR – in three sizes for various angles and window frames.

The sanding pad brake prevents the sanding pad from turning upwards. It prevents the surface being scratched during sanding and eliminates the need for rework.  The FastFix interface enables quick changes between sanding pad, polishing pad and triangular pad without requiring tools.

Optimum dust extraction with the established Jetstream principle. For less dust and for generating less heat and for ensuring that the abrasive and fastener do not clog as readily.  Clean workplace with the Festool mobile dust extractors from the CT series.
