The Dewalt DCG460 54V XR Brushless FLEXVOLT 230mm Angle Grinder from ITS is a powerful, construction and metalworking focused, grinder with exceptional performance levels.
Offering a cut depth of 69.9mm, the DCG640 has a range of features that will easily persuade you to get one of these for your tool kit. With an output power level of 2800W, the grinder has a no load speed of 6000rpm along with a range of advanced features and safety controls.
Including a soft start, the grinder will gradually build up speed so that you don’t experience the jolt of a tool jumping to full power. An electronic Clutch (E-Clutch) eliminates kick back and protects both user and tool from high-load situations.
The compact gear casing allows better access in to limited spaces while the electronic advanced module with pack identification allows the unlocking of higher power when you attach a FLEXVOLT battery.
For the long-life of the grinder, a mesh guard reduces the motor getting covered in dust while the Wireless Tool Control let you connect the grinder to an appropriate dust extractor for cleaner working – especially when attached to the DWE46229 dust shroud.
The grinder’s internal circuitry will control and monitor the power supply to prevent overloading and will cut the power if it feels that happening.
