Automatic Registration for Stihl Warranty

The automatic registration was great - The Chainsaw didn't work from the opening of the box, sent back next day, been a while now with no idea when i'll see it again. Bit of a long waste of money so far.... I'm hoping to get it back for Christmas (another month away)... not holding my breath... I would of just sent out a replacement straight away.... so, warranty? not sure
