The Hitachi WH18DBDL2/W4 is a great addition to the Hitachi 18v Li-ion range.
Its been designed by Hitachi to make use of the latest cordless power tool technology which delivers better performance and comfort of use.
The hammer with 3 strikers reduces vibration by making 3 impacts per rotation instead of the conventional 2. This results in greater comfort and less cam-out (driver slippage from screw head), and works great for light-duty applications such as fastening short or thin screws. In order to suit various applications, a 4-step tightening mode selector function is also incorporated.
With a 25% increase in tightening speed and the ability to generate a massive 207Nm of tightening torque the Hitachi WH18DBDL2/W4 packs a heck of punch and stands its ground with any of the power tool giants out there.
