The Makita LS004 40V Max XGT Brushless Slide Compound Mitre Saw from ITS is a 260mm mitre saw that delivers precise and consistently smooth cuts to a range of materials.
The Mitre Saw delivers impressive results thanks to the inclusion of the brushless motor that helps deliver 3600rpm no load speed. The saw features top level functions to ensure your safety as well as producing precision cuts.
Some of these features include an electric brake, constant speed control as well as a soft start to prevent the machine from jumping. The saw includes a positive stop function which can be disabled by pressing a lever for faster working.
A LED work light casts a shadow of the blade on to the material so that you can see the precise cutting line. For ease of use, the saw includes a large turn base, easy locking/release of the bevel angle and a one-touch sliding lock.
Thanks to its premium design, the saw incorporates a rail-forward design which allows the rear of the mitre saw to be placed closer to a wall giving you more space to work. And for your safety, the LS004 Mitre Saw includes Matika’s Auto Start Wireless System which will connect and operate an external dust extractor thereby removing any dust or debris as you work.
At the heart of this tool is the brushless motor that allows you to use it efficiently. As part of the design, the tool utilizes every bit of battery power when you need, all while reducing the need for ongoing maintenance by reducing the amount of heat generated and working more efficiently.
The technology in creating a brushless motor system allows for perfect symmetry between battery power and usage ensuring you get all the power you need, when you need it.
