The Makita DUR368L 36V (Twin 18V) Brushless Line Trimmer from ITS is an effective, efficient and excellent machine for dealing with weeds and unsightly overgrowths.
The powerful trimmer incorporates a loop handle for easy control and manoeuvrability while the 3-step speed control along with a reverse mode lets you control the trimmer in sensitive areas.
With a motor that is comparable to a 30cc petrol powered version, the DUR368L is ideal for medium sized gardens in dealing with lawn edges, light weeds and finer materials.
The low vibration and low noise trimmer means that you can use this machine over a longer period of time in noise-sensitive locations such as schools, office complexes and more.
Thanks to the brushless motor, the DUR368L can produce up to 6500 rpm no load speed with a cutting width up to 350mm. The trimmer includes Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT) which will automatically adjust the cutting speed according to load conditions.
The DUR368L also incorporates active feedback sensing technology (AFT) which will shut down the tool if the rotation speed suddenly drops such as when it hits an obstruction, as well as when you are changing the tool attachments.

Active Feedback sensing Technology uses an on-board accelerometer to measure rotation and electronically turns off the motor if rotation is suddenly forced to stop. In addition, the torque limiting clutch is engineered to prevent gear damage by automatically disengaging the gears.
