The Makita DUN461Z 18V LXT 46cm Extendable Pole Hedge Trimmer from ITS is a versatile machine that enables pruning at height.
This incredible durable machine offers an overall length of over 2.5m which will allow you to trim back bushes and branches at height without the need of a step-ladder.
The pole hedge trimmer incorporates an adjustable angle head - 60° tilt-up to 75° tilt-down from the horizontal position. For easy and continuous use, the angle of the hedge trimmer can be changed to one of 10 positions by simply pressing a button.
The power from this, is certainly not to be sniffed at. Producing 3600 strokes per minutes, this is capable of dealing with branches up to 10mm.
The shaft is extendable to over 2.5m so that you can reach further for a professional cut finish, and a lock lever keeps it secure in place. The front grip can be slid in to a position that is most comfortable for you so that you are able to work efficiently.
The 460mm double sided blade can be set to a reverse action should it get jammed in thick branches, and the high speed does allow for efficient trimming.
