The Makita DJS800 18V LXT Brushless Cement Shear from ITS is an intensely powerful toll with a 13mm cutting capacity in fibre cement materials.
The DJS800, driven by a brushless motor and with precision machined blades, delivers both straight and contoured lines quickly with less dust produces.
It has a single-piece cutting head machined from precisely-milled aircraft grade aluminium to a tolerance of 0.001” to ensure blades are consistently cutting at the optimum angle. The solid steel centre and side shear blades cut straight and contour lines faster and quieter, with up to 13mm cutting capacity.
The half-inch protected spindle withstands heavy torque loads from the motor, while the lightweight cast aluminium gear housing and durable body casing make this tool jobsite tough. The head can be turned 360° to ensure cutting convenience, while the ergonomically designed handle with soft grip makes it comfortable to use.
The DJS800 Cement Shears includes a built-in LED work light with afterglow function that lasts for 10secs once the trigger has been released.
