The Dewalt DCH254M2 XRP cordless 3 mode SDS+ Rotaty Hammer Drill with Changeable Chuck is part of the all powerful Dewalt XR 4.0Ah Lithium-ion cordless range, which offers eXtreme run time, increased efficiency and improved performance. By constantly monitoring tool and battery operation, the intelligent switch module maximises performance and prevents damage caused by overload or temperature build-up. This technology, combined with a tough outer casing and superb ergonomics means that XR Lithium-ion is truly "Tough on the outside & Intelligent on the inside".
Powerful 1200rpm no load speed producing an impressive 4500bpm. Ideal for drilling anchors and fixing holes into concrete, brick and masonry from 4mm to 24mm. The DCH254M2 SDS+ drill has a rotation stop mode for light chiseling in plaster, tiles and render; an impact stop mode for rotary drilling only in wood, ceramic and steel. Electronic motor brake for additional control and modular component design for trouble-free servicing. Active vibration control & rubber coated grip to reduce surface vibration and user fatigue.
Includes quick release SDS+ and 13mm keyless chucks for greater versatility.
The DCH254M2 also features a bright LED light for improved visibility with delay feature and flashlight functionality. Please note that the DCH254M2 uses the Dewalt XR Lithium-ion Slide-on style batteries and is therefore not compatible with any older style fitting.
