Overall an excellent tool, comfortable to hold, quiet, and powerful. It's easy to get into awkward places, the dustbag and cord never get in the way, the handle is ideally positioned to apply pressure. So good that I am almost reluctant to point out the only two shortcomings I noticed: 1) the lock-on button is difficult to engage (needs two hands) and too easy to disengage. 2) the zip on the dust bag jammed the first time I opened it and is unusable. But honestly, who cares. You will be glad you bought this tool.
