Loggerhead BG8-01R-01 Bionic Grip™ combines the versatility of an adjustable wrench with the simplicity of a pair of pliers.

Manufactured from hardened, cold-rolled, steel-laminate with an industrial-quality, black oxide finish resisting rust, corrosion & chipping.

Performs the functions of several different types of pliers & wrenches, so it's like having multiple wrenches in one. Open-ended grip head can access difficult to reach areas not accessible with a closed-headed wrench.

Patented Bionic Gripping™ technology distributes gripping forces over a larger work surface compared to the jaws of conventional pliers, Interlock™ mechanism converts torque load into an intelligent locking feature. The multi-jaw grip minimizes distortion under load, ideal for softer materials, such as plastic, copper and brass.

No tricky knobs or adjustments are needed, the grip is fully adjustable with a one-handed squeeze without slipping off, rounding, stripping or damaging the fastener/bolt.

The design of the Bionic Grip™ multiplies your hand's gripping force, so you can easily tighten/loosen bolts and develop ratchet-like speed by fully turning the Bionic Grip™, release the grip while still on the object, reposition grip, tighten grip-repeat until finished. Double thickness cushioned grips provide comfort and greater tool control.
