The Milwaukee Red Hex SHOCKWAVE HSS Ground TiN Metal 19 Piece Drill Bit Set is an impressive set of impact rated drill bits with ¼˝ hex shank which has been optimised for impact drivers.
Each drill bit includes a Chip Breaker tip which splits up the size of the material from the cutting edge and helps with cooling down the material.
Thanks to its unique design, the bits have a 135° tip angle which reduces tip walking allowing a precise start, while the flute design allows for faster material ejection decreasing heat build up for improved efficiency just as the titanium coating dispenses heat.
The bits have a higher versatility thanks to the ¼˝ hex shank makes this drill bit suitable for impact and drill drivers. They also include an enhanced tapered web – the wider core towards the shank of the drill bit. This strengthens the core of the bit to increase overall flute durability.
