Milwaukee Magnetic Tape Measures are nothing but Heavy Duty.
The 8m (48225225PK2) Milwaukee tape has an overmould grip, magnetic tip and also a double sided protected blade which increases protection if dropped. Its 5-point reinforced frame insures you get up to 10X longer blade life.

Class II Accuracy.
Architect scale is intergrated for easy calculating.
Finger stop for comfortable hold and finger protection when blade retracts.
Wire belt clip: Clips on easily without fraying and tearing clothing.
Extra large 360° grip hook: Can be hooked on the material from any side with ease.
Non Reflective blade coating makes the anti-glare and easier to read in bright sunlight.
Dual Magnets: one magnet holds the hook in front and the second prevents roll off on the material. e.g steel studs, pipes.
