The warmth of wood, the innovative Youngman 345350 ECO S Line loft ladder reaches new heights.

Designed for use in the home, the 345350 ECO S Line loft ladder has three timber folding sections and handrail to aid safe climbing for added safety together with an insulated draught proof hatch.

Constructed from FSC & PEFC certified solid spruce, it features a white faced trap door, slip resistant treads & feet, timber pull & push rod for ease of use. It also features a rubber draught excluder & 20mm thick trapdoor insulation to help the reduction of heat loss.

Tested & certified to EN 14975:2006 this quality ladder reaches a floor to ceiling cut to height minimum to maximum 2.81m range (3.51m with the available 346350 extension kit) fitting between UK standard 600mm joist centres. As it folds into the hatch, the 345350 requires no arc of clearance or storage space in the loft when folded.
