The Knipex 160mm Insulation Strippers with Tether Link from ITS are versatile electrical hand pliers with opening spring.
The pliers are ideal for single, multiple and fine stranded conductors with plastic or rubber insulation up to Ø 5.0 mm or 10 mm².
The required diameter for solid or stranded wire is easily adjusted thanks to the knurled screw and lock nut. The pliers are have been made from high-grade special tool steel that has been both forged and oil-hardened.
The handles are insulated with multi-component grips that have been VDE tested. These strippers also feature an integrated tether attachment point to attach to the Knipex Tether System to prevent loss when working.
