When you’re working hands-on and need durable, high-output lighting that won’t let you down, the Unilite HT-650R Dual LED & Power Head Torch from ITS steps in as a versatile, rugged head torch built for trade and field conditions.

This is not a single-beam headlamp - it combines a broad 650-lumen COB flood LED with a secondary 450-lumen CREE spot beam, giving you both wide area lighting and focussed reach at your fingertips.

One of its standout strengths is the “dual power” design: you can power it using the included 3.8 V Li-polymer rechargeable battery, or swap in three standard AAA alkaline cells if needed.

This flexibility means you're never left in the dark if you can’t access a charging point. Speaking of charging, it is conveniently USB-C (max 1 A) and takes roughly 3½ hours to reach a full charge.

In tough environments, the HT-650R holds its ground. Its body is made from a strong ABS shell with rubberised coating to resist knocks, scratches and rough handling.

It’s rated IP65 to protect against dust ingress and water jets, and IK07 impact resistance, with drop testing at 2 m ensuring it can survive on-site abuse.

The head itself pivots through about 60°, giving you useful aiming flexibility without having to tilt your head.

Comfort and usability are also baked into the design. The head torch comes with an adjustable non-slip silicone-lined headband, keeping the lamp stable even during movement.

As for performance, it offers multiple modes: using the flood LED you'll get long runtimes (especially in low modes), and with the spot LED you can reach out to 84 metres in focus mode.
