 Designed specifically for horizontal restraint tasks - such as tying roof trusses, rafters or joists into masonry - the 800BRSH combines structural robustness with a factory-formed bend so you don’t have to improvise on site. The strap is made from galvanised carbon steel, giving it a corrosion rating suitable for occasionally damp or sheltered environments.

Its overall length is 800 mm, with a nominal “700/100” bend (i.e. a 700 mm run plus 100 mm bend) built into the geometry.

The cross-section measures 27.5 mm in width and 4 mm thick, making it a heavy duty profile capable of resisting deformation under significant load. The strap includes 32 pre-drilled 6.0 mm holes, spaced to allow secure fixing with standard bolts or screws and avoid the need for extra drilling.

Beyond its raw dimensions, the bent shape is engineered to sit flush along offset surfaces, reducing twisting or bending stresses that straight straps may suffer when forced into skewed alignment.
